Ninlib 150mg Capsule is an antineoplastic medication containing the active ingredient Nilotinib. It belongs to the class of tyrosine kinase inhibitors. This medicine is used to treat Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML), a type of blood cancer characterized by abnormal white blood cell production.

It is prescribed for adult and pediatric patients who are newly diagnosed with CML, those who experience side effects from previous treatments, or patients whose condition no longer responds to prior therapy, including Imatinib.

Before taking Ninlib:

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Nilotinib or any of its ingredients.

Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart conditions (such as heart attack, abnormal heart rhythms, chest pain), stroke, or poor blood flow in the legs (claudication).

Notify your doctor about liver or pancreas disorders, or if you have low potassium or magnesium levels.

Share a list of all medications you are taking, especially cholesterol-lowering drugs.

Inform your doctor if you have a history of hepatitis B infection, as this medicine can reactivate the virus, which may be serious.

Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice.

If you have lactose intolerance, inform your doctor, as the capsule contains lactose.
