It is also indicated for metastatic prostate cancer, where the cancer has spread beyond the prostate and responds to hormone therapy or surgery to reduce testosterone. Additionally, it is used in cases of prostate cancer that remains responsive to castration (surgical removal of testicles) but has a high risk of spreading or has shown biochemical recurrence.

Do not take Enzabuzz 40mg Capsule if you are allergic to enzalutamide or any other ingredients in this medication. It is not recommended for use in children or adolescents under 18 years of age. Men should use effective contraceptive methods during treatment and for three months afterward, as the medication can harm a developing fetus.
