Cabdual 60 mg Tablet Overview

Cabdual 60 mg is an antineoplastic medication containing the active ingredient Cabozantinib. It belongs to the class of tyrosine kinase inhibitors. In adults, it is prescribed for:

Advanced kidney cancer (often in combination with Nivolumab)

Locally advanced or metastatic differentiated thyroid cancer

Liver cancer when Sorafenib treatment is no longer effective

This medication is not recommended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Important Precautions
Do not take Cabdual 60 mg if you are allergic to Cabozantinib or any of its components.

Inform your doctor if you have any of the following conditions:

Liver disease

Inflammatory bowel disease

High blood pressure

Heart problems

Diarrhea

Also, notify your physician if you have:

A history of blood clots in the legs

Significant bleeding

Aneurysm (swelling or inflammation of blood vessels)

Tears in blood vessel walls

Women who are pregnant or planning pregnancy should consult their doctor before starting treatment. Use effective contraception during therapy and for four months after finishing it. Discuss any fertility concerns with your physician.
