Introduction to Adtrinib 200mg Tablet 30's

Adtrinib Tablet is an anticancer medicine that belongs to a group of drugs called multikinase inhibitors. It contains the active ingredient sorafenib and is mainly used in the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer), hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer), and thyroid cancer.

Adtrinib Tablet should not be taken if you are allergic to sorafenib or any of the other components of this medicine. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice skin rashes, heart-related issues, chest pain, bleeding problems, high blood pressure, or if you have recently had or are planning to undergo surgery. This medicine is not recommended for children and adolescents.

Patients with diabetes should monitor their blood glucose levels regularly, as adjustments to anti-diabetic medications may be necessary to reduce the risk of low blood sugar. Your doctor will also regularly check liver function tests and monitor fluid and electrolyte levels to detect and manage possible side effects early.

Therapeutic Effects of Adtrinib 200mg Tablet 30's

Adtrinib Tablet works by inhibiting multiple protein kinases involved in tumour cell proliferation and angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels that supply tumours). Specifically, it targets receptors for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), and Raf kinases, which play key roles in cancer development and progression. This stops the growth and spread of the tumour cells to other organs, as well as the formation of blood vessels in the tumour cells.
