Xtide 160mg Tablet contains enzalutamide, an active ingredient classified as an androgen receptor inhibitor. It is prescribed for men with prostate cancer, particularly in the following situations:

When conventional treatments that lower testosteroneβ€”such as hormonal therapy or surgical removal of the testiclesβ€”do not fully control the cancer.

In metastatic prostate cancer, where the disease has spread beyond the prostate but still responds to hormone-lowering treatments.

In cases of non-metastatic prostate cancer that is sensitive to castration (surgical removal of the testicles) but carries a high risk of metastasis or shows signs of biochemical recurrence.

Precautions and Contraindications:

Do not take Xtide 160mg if you are allergic to enzalutamide or any other ingredient in the tablet.

This medicine is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age.

Men undergoing treatment should use effective contraception during therapy and for three months after completion, as the medication may harm a developing fetus. Discuss contraceptive options with your doctor if your partner is pregnant or planning pregnancy.

Bone density monitoring is recommended during treatment.

As a result, it reduces testosterone levels and halts the growth and division of prostate cancer cells.
