It belongs to the class of cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitors and is used to treat hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) advanced or metastatic breast cancerβ€”cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Cancer occurs when cells grow and multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal way. Primcyv 100 mg is typically prescribed in combination with other anticancer medications.

Common side effects of Primcyv 100 mg Capsule may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, hair thinning or hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nosebleeds, reduced appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of the lips or mouth, changes in taste, dry eyes, blurred vision, and increased tearing. Contact your doctor if any of these side effects persist or become bothersome.
