This medicine is used in the treatment of hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer, meaning cancer that has spread to other areas of the body. Cancer occurs when cells grow and divide in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. Palbojas 100 mg Capsule is usually prescribed in combination with other anticancer medications to improve treatment effectiveness.

Common side effects associated with Palbojas 100 mg Capsule may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nosebleeds, decreased appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of the lips or mouth, taste changes, dry eyes, blurred vision, and excessive tearing. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or become bothersome.

Concurrent use of Palbojas 100mg Capsule with CYP3A4 inhibitors such as fentanyl has reported increased fentanyl toxicity. Certain medications may interact with the effectiveness of this drug.
