Obilix 100mg Tablet is an anticancer medicine classified as a PARP (poly ADP-ribose polymerase) inhibitor. It contains the active ingredient Olaparib and is used in the treatment of ovarian, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers. This medication may be prescribed either alone or in combination with other cancer therapies.

Do not take Obilix 100mg Tablet if you are allergic to olaparib or any of the other ingredients in the medicine. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, a rapid heartbeat, fever, cough, or wheezing.

Your doctor will perform blood tests before starting treatment and on a monthly basis during therapy, as this medicine can lower red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelet counts.
