Dash 20 mg Tablet (Dasatinib) contains the active ingredient dasatinib, a targeted cancer therapy used to treat certain types of leukemia in adults and children over one year of age.

It is prescribed for:

Newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome–positive (Ph+) chronic phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)

Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in patients who are resistant or intolerant to other treatments

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) is a blood cancer characterized by the excessive production of abnormal white blood cells due to a genetic change known as the Philadelphia chromosome.
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is the most common type of blood cancer in children, where immature white blood cells (lymphocytes) grow and multiply rapidly and survive longer than normal.

Possible Side Effects

Common side effects of Dash 20 mg Tablet may include:
