Introduction to Cabdual 20mg Tablet

Cabdual 20mg Tablet contains Cabozantinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used as an anticancer medication.

Uses in Adults:

Advanced kidney cancer, often in combination with Nivolumab.

Locally advanced or metastatic differentiated thyroid cancer.

Liver cancer when Sorafenib is no longer effective.

Not recommended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Important Safety Information:

Do not take Cabdual 20mg if you are allergic to Cabozantinib or any of the other ingredients.

Inform your doctor if you have:

Liver disease

Inflammatory bowel disease

High blood pressure

Heart disease

Diarrhea

History of blood clots, significant bleeding, aneurysms, or blood vessel tears

Pregnancy and Fertility:

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

Use effective contraception during treatment and for up to four months after your last dose.

Discuss fertility concerns with your doctor.

Other Precautions:

Inform your doctor if you have thyroid problems; your thyroid function should be monitored before starting treatment.

Notify your doctor about recent surgery, including dental procedures, within the past month.

Avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice, as they can increase the amount of medicine in your blood.
