Admatrone 250 mg Tablet contains abiraterone acetate as its active ingredient and is used in adult men for the treatment of prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. It is usually prescribed along with a steroid medicine to help reduce the risk of side effects. When used in the early stages of the disease, Admatrone 250 mg Tablet is given in combination with testosterone-lowering therapy.

This medicine is not intended for use in women or children. Effective contraception must be used throughout the course of treatment. Admatrone 250 mg Tablet contains lactose and sodium; therefore, inform your doctor if you have lactose intolerance or are following a salt-restricted diet.
