Gout commonly affects the toes, ears, heels, knees, wrists, and fingers.

This medication is also used to prevent and manage high uric acid levels that may occur during chemotherapy for certain blood cancers, such as leukemia and lymphoma. By lowering uric acid levels, Unuric helps reduce the risk of tumor lysis syndrome (TLS), a potentially serious condition that occurs when cancer cells break down rapidly, releasing uric acid, potassium, and phosphate into the bloodstream.

During treatment with Unuric 80mg Tablet, your doctor may regularly monitor your white blood cells, platelets, blood sugar, electrolytes, and kidney function to prevent complications. This medication may also affect heart function in some patients.

Precautions:

Inform your doctor if you have liver disease, heart failure, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure before starting this medication.

Report any allergic reactions, such as itching, rashes, or skin changes, while taking this tablet.
