Rybrevant 350 mg Injection contains Amivantamab, an anticancer medicine classified as a bispecific antibody. It is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body, is not operable, or has progressed during or after prior anticancer treatments. This treatment is specifically for cancers with certain changes in the EGFR gene.

Do not use this injection if you are allergic to amivantamab or any of its ingredients. Before starting therapy, inform your doctor if you have a history of lung inflammation or any other lung-related conditions. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience sudden difficulty breathing, persistent cough, or fever, as these may be signs of lung inflammation.

Rybrevant 350 mg Injection is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age. Inform your healthcare provider if you have kidney, liver, or lung problems before beginning treatment.

Common side effects may include rash, nail inflammation, muscle or joint pain, shortness of breath, nausea, fatigue, swelling, mouth sores, cough, constipation, and vomiting. This medicine may harm an unborn baby, so women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception during treatment.

Rybrevant 350mg injection is an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET) targeted bispecific antibody that has been designed to recognize and attach to specific targets in the body. It targets two proteins found in cancer cells. It works by attaching to these proteins and may help to slow or stop your lung cancer from growing. It may also reduce the size of the tumor.

Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, recent vaccinations, nutritional and vitamin supplements, and herbal products.
