Common side effects of Piciclib 75 mg may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, hair thinning or hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nosebleeds, reduced appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of the lips or mouth, changes in taste, dry eyes, blurred vision, and excessive tearing.
