Ligno Ace Oral Solution contains Lidocaine, a local anesthetic that also belongs to the class IB antiarrhythmic group of medicines. It is widely used to numb a specific area of the body before minor surgical procedures, dental treatments, or certain diagnostic tests. The medication may be administered as an injection, spray, or topical preparation to reduce pain and discomfort during these procedures.

Lidocaine can also be given epidurally (into the epidural space of the spinal cord) to provide pain relief and anesthesia during childbirth. In emergency settings, it is used to manage serious ventricular arrhythmias, particularly ventricular fibrillation.
