Lenshil 18 mg Capsule contains Lenvatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is prescribed for the treatment of progressive or advanced thyroid cancer when radioactive iodine therapy is no longer effective. It is also indicated for patients with previously untreated liver cancer who are not suitable candidates for surgery.

Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma, an aggressive form of advanced thyroid cancer, typically affects individuals over 60 years of age. It often presents with a firm, enlarged thyroid gland and hoarseness caused by paralysis of the nerve controlling the vocal cords.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) generally develops in patients with underlying liver diseases such as cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis B infection.
