Lenalid 10mg Capsule is part of the immunomodulatory agent class of medicines and contains the active ingredient Lenalidomide. It is used in adults to treat multiple myeloma, mantle cell lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, and follicular lymphoma.

Multiple myeloma is a type of cancer in which plasma cells in the bone marrow grow and multiply uncontrollably. While this cancer cannot be cured, treatment can help manage symptoms. Myelodysplastic syndrome is a group of disorders where blood cells develop abnormally and do not function properly. Mantle cell lymphoma is a less common cancer affecting the lymph nodes, while follicular lymphoma is a slow-growing cancer of B cells.

Common side effects of Lenalid 10mg Capsule may include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, muscle cramps, fatigue, fever, cough, headache, back pain, shortness of breath, rashes, thyroid problems, and other skin issues. Contact your doctor if any side effects are persistent, severe, or troublesome.

Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you have any allergies to Lenalid or its ingredients. Also let your physician know if you have a history of blood clots, heart attack, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or if you smoke.
