Fibnib 100 mg Capsule contains nintedanib as its active ingredient and belongs to a class of medicines known as tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It is used in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, chronic fibrosing interstitial lung disease, and interstitial lung disease associated with systemic sclerosis.

Inform your doctor if you are taking blood-thinning medicines or if you have recently undergone surgery. Effective contraception should be used during treatment and continued for at least three months after the final dose. Consult your doctor about suitable contraceptive methods, as oral birth control pills may be less effective in some women while taking this medicine.

Before starting treatment, tell your doctor if you have any existing medical conditions, particularly liver or heart problems. Your doctor may perform liver function tests regularly during the first three months of treatment.
