Docefect RTU 20mg Injection is an anticancer medication belonging to the class of taxoids, containing the active ingredient Docetaxel. It is prescribed for the treatment of breast, prostate, non-small cell lung, stomach, and head and neck cancers. Cancer occurs when cells grow and multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. This chemotherapy medicine can be used alone or in combination with other anticancer treatments.

Common Side Effects:
Docefect RTU 20mg Injection may cause side effects such as dizziness, headache, fever, infections, loss of appetite, sleep disturbances, joint or muscle pain, eye problems, weight loss, fatigue, dry mouth, low blood pressure, and hair loss. Inform your doctor if any of these effects persist or become bothersome.

Precautions and Contraindications:

Do not use this injection if you are allergic to Docetaxel or any of its components.

Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have kidney or heart problems, vision issues, epilepsy, or a history of alcohol dependence.

This medicine is contraindicated in patients with very low white blood cell counts or severe liver disease.

Inform your physician about all medications, supplements, and herbal products you are taking prior to starting treatment.

Use effective contraception during treatment and for at least six months after the last dose, as this medication may harm a developing fetus.
