Docefect RTU 120 mg Injection is an anticancer medicine from the taxoid group. It contains docetaxel as its active ingredient and is used in the treatment of breast, prostate, non-small cell lung, stomach, and head and neck cancers. Cancer develops when cells grow and divide in an uncontrolled and abnormal way. This chemotherapy drug may be administered alone or together with other anticancer medications, depending on the prescribed treatment plan.

Common side effects associated with Docefect RTU 120 mg Injection include dizziness, headache, fever, infections, reduced appetite, difficulty sleeping, joint or muscle pain, eye-related issues, weight loss, fatigue, dry mouth, low blood pressure, and hair loss. If any of these side effects become severe or continue for a long time, consult your doctor.

Do not use this injection if you are allergic to docetaxel or any of its components. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have kidney or heart disease, vision problems, epilepsy, or a history of alcohol dependence. This medicine should not be used in patients with very low white blood cell counts or severe liver disease.
