Comcapsy 700 mg/30 mg Tablet is a chemotherapy medication containing Capecitabine and Cyclophosphamide as its active ingredients. It belongs to a group of medicines known as nucleoside metabolic inhibitors and alkylating agents. This combination is used alongside other anticancer therapies to treat metastatic colorectal cancer and breast cancer.

Cancer is a condition in which cells grow and divide in an abnormal and uncontrolled manner. In addition to treatment, this medicine may also be prescribed to help prevent the recurrence of colon cancer after a tumor has been completely removed through surgery.

This drug gets converted into its active form called fluorouracil and interferes with cell signaling, ultimately preventing the multiplication of cancer cells.

How to consume Comcapsy 700mg/30mg Tablet

Take a Comcapsy 700mg/30mg Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. Do not crush or chew the tablet. If you miss a dose of this tablet, take it as soon as you can if it is within 12 hours of the missed dose. If it is over 12 hours since your missed dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your usual dosing times to avoid taking double doses. Call your doctor to ask about making up the missed dose.
