Introduction to Bderlo 100mg Tablet

Bderlo 100 mg Tablet is an anticancer medication that contains erlotinib as its active ingredient. It is prescribed for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic cancer. Cancer is a condition in which abnormal cells grow and multiply uncontrollably. In cases of advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer, Bderlo is commonly used in combination with another anticancer medicine, gemcitabine.

Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you wear contact lenses, have sugar intolerance, a history of eye disorders, or blood clotting problems. Also let your healthcare provider know if you are taking medications for clotting disorders or high cholesterol. Bderlo 100 mg Tablet is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. This medicine should be taken on an empty stomach, as food may affect its absorption.

Effective contraception should be used during treatment and for at least two weeks after the final dose. Patients are strongly advised to avoid smoking while taking this medication, as smoking can reduce the drug’s effectiveness by lowering its levels in the bloodstream. When going outdoors, wear protective clothing and apply sunscreen to minimize skin sensitivity.

Contact your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as eye pain, blurred vision, persistent cough, fever, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, or ongoing diarrhea during treatment.
