Azadine-O 300 mg tablet contains Azacitidine as its active ingredient. It is prescribed for adults with certain blood disorders, including Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML), and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), particularly in patients who are not suitable candidates for a stem cell transplant.

In Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), the bone marrow fails to function properly and does not produce enough healthy blood cells. Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) is a cancer of the bone marrow characterized by the rapid growth and release of immature, abnormal blood cells into the bloodstream. Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML) is a rare type of blood cancer marked by an increased number of monocytes, a type of white blood cell
