Aromatase inhibitors work by lowering estrogen levels in the body. They block the enzyme in fatty tissue that converts other hormones into estrogen. By reducing estrogen production, this medication helps slow the growth of cancer cells and decreases the risk of recurrence in early-stage breast cancer.

Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite, fever, itching, joint inflammation (arthritis), bone thinning (osteoporosis), vaginal bleeding, allergic reactions, and pain in the joints, stomach, or kidneys.

Before starting Anstac 1mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you are allergic to anastrozole or any of its ingredients.
